Knitting
Circular knitting is done in machines Mayer&Cie, Orizio and Pailung. Flat knitting is done in Shima Seiki.

Dyeing
Soft-flow dyeing or closed winches are used as needed. The dyeing factory has computerized color prediction, measurement and matching facility. Dyed fabrics are processed in balloon paddlers and relax driers to ensure quality finish.

Compacting
Compacting is done as a regular shrinkage control exercise. Tube-tex or Santex compactors are used depending on the fabric.

Printing
We use manual print tables, chest printing machines or 12 color rotary printing machines. A variety of print decorations are possible. Types of printing done are discharge printing, water base printing, reactive printing and pigment printing.

Embroidery
Computerized embroidery is done in ZSK or Tajima 9 color/20 head machines. Monogram, appliqué and overall embroidery decorations can be given as needed.
